DoK: Currently the documentation is available only as online HTML in the penguin.org.il DokuWiki
I tried to convert it to the docbook XML format but unfortuntly docbook does not hold sufficient complex bidirectional-text support (eg. I can't use the lrm tag)

DoK: The UTF-8 HTML version of the docs is expected by 15/09

DoK: Thanks to Daichi the documentation is now in the SVN tree under 4_2 and it is also available in the Xfce format under this page
